Inform your physician of any other prescription or over-the-counter medications that you’re currently taking, especially the following medications and substances: anti-depressants and anxiety medications, monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, acetaminophen, any product with acetaminophen such as cough, cold, allergy and pain medications, and alcoholic beverages
Inform your physician of any previous or present experience of having seizure disorders, liver and kidney problems or diseases, head injuries, metabolic or stomach disorders, and infection of the brain or spinal cord
This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Activities that require you to be alert (i.e. driving or operating heavy machineries) should be avoided
If you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, consult your doctor before taking Ultram
If you are lactating, it may be harmful to use Ultram
